How do I get an account?
Accounts are issued by Shin Sakae Limited. Contact your account manager to be set up — there is no public sign-up.
I forgot my password.
Email us at support@shinsakae.com and we’ll reset it for you.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@shinsakae.com with your request and we’ll remove your account and associated personal data.
