Terms of Use

The App is a private portal for existing customers and authorized staff of Shin Sakae Limited. Accounts are issued by Shin Sakae Limited; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely to access your own account information and to interact with Shin Sakae Limited for legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to:

• access data that does not belong to you or attempt to bypass access controls;
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App or its content;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Information shown in the App (your vehicles, shipments, bids, ledger, and any documents or photos you upload) is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit.

The App, its software, and design are owned by Shin Sakae Limited and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law,Shin Sakae Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Account figures are provided for convenience; official records prevail.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, including where these Terms are breached or where a business relationship ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
